Is there any fee’s or charges to use the instaSpace platform?
Absolutely not! The instaSpace platform is absolutely FREE for all of you to use anytime and anywhere.
Benefits of booking an event space or event service from instaSpace?
Below are a few key points why you should take advantage of instaSpace’s booking platform:
1. Cheaper than the market rate. This is because instaSpace is able to commit to bulk order and bookings to venue owners, therefore, we are able to extend some our discounts to our customers!
2. Independent Party. instaSpace is an independent and neutral party, therefore, our best interest lies in ensuring we only propose event venues or event services that best suits our clients requirements.
3. Our full time dedicated team of event specialist are always on the look out for unique and undiscovered spaces. Therefore, some venues featured on the instaSpace platform can only be found on instaSpace and no other platforms.
Are the venue prices in instaSpace’s platform the same as going directly to the venue owner?
All published rental rates and amenities displayed on the instaSpace platform are the same as what the venue owners would quote. All prices and items listed on our platform for each and every venue is carefully verified with the venue owners before being uploaded onto the instaSpace platform.
Fees & Payments
In order to confirm booking for a specific event space or event service, users are required to make a 50% booking deposit upfront. This will ensure that the space or service is confirmed and blocked out on your specific event date and time. The balance 50% full payment is required to be settled in full a minimum of 2 weeks before the start of the event.
*For special payment terms on long term bookings, users are required to write in via email to hello@instaspace.my.
instaSpace accepts payment via below methods:

There is no cost to listing your event space on instaSpace.

Is there a cost to list event services on instaSpace?
There is no cost to listing your services on instaSpace.
Cancellation
Cancellations
In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel your event or booking for whatever reason, any refunds will have to be carried out with accordance to the specific venues policy. In certain cases, a processing fee may be incurred for any cancellations.

instaSpace Experience features the most unique things to do in a city near you, led by inspiring locals and providers. From dining experiences to city bike tours, learn new skills and immerse yourself in local a culture. instaSpace Experience provides you a marketing channel where you can share your passion/services, and do what you love (and get PAID).
How does instaSpace Experience works?
1) Go to www.instaspace.my/experience, browse through our numerous categories and if something catches your eye, click on it to view the experience/deal. Be sure to register an account with us by clicking on the human icon on the top right of the webpage, followed by selecting “Register”
2) Be sure to read the Terms & Conditions and validity period for the experience/deal you are interested in before purchasing the experience / deal.
3) To purchase more than 1 experience / deal, simply select the experience / deal, select the quantity, and click “Add to cart”. To purchase a single experience / deal, simply click ”BUY NOW” and you will be directed to the confirmation page.
4) Double check your experience / deal details (i.e. personal contact information, redemption period, terms & conditions, and price), then click on PAY NOW.
5) Congratulations! You have successfully purchased a unique experience. You’re now one step closer to a great day (or night) out.
